Summery: It all starts with a sneeze.
Why: This story is awesome, that's why. It gives us canon characters (all but one of the characters in this story is from canon) and puts them in a situation where half the crew is sick and Chapel and Uhura as well as others have to take on command of their departments and hope they find a cure before its too late. It has great characterization and there is use of many characters that don't really see fic much. |

Author's Summery: Pavel Chekov's eighth Name Day may not be the celebration he expects, if some government leaders have anything to do with it.
Why: When I first started reading Star Trek fic, I ran into this one and was impressed by it. The writing is very good, and it gives us a story of Chekov's past. Granted, He is also my favorite character so that made it even better. I have recommanded this as my favorite Star Trek story and that hasn't changed yet. |
